The rift between science and spirituality.
John Hagelin is one of the more intellectually honest scientists who realises that to really get a handle on understanding reality you need to look at both science and spirituality. There’s no real need to create such a rift between the two. The rift happened for political reasons and for the fact that the major religions often so poorly represent spirituality. Materialism and religion have created more harm than good in this world and there time is up, time for a new way of thinking.
Science + spirituality = truth?
At a time long ago – humans were enlightened because they KNEW that science and spirituality are brother and sister – both birthed by the same source. However the greed of politics and power had separated the two in order to take away sight from the seeing people – for it is easy to control the blind as it is easy to manipulate the mind of an unknowing child. This is where division began to take place and fuel wars. Science is one of God’s languages.
Then again, what is “god”…?
The deepest level of truth uncovered by science and by philosophy, is the fundamental truth of unity. At that deepest subnuclear level of our reality, you and I are literally one.
