This naturally shaped shell combines state-of-the-art sleep enhancement technologies with a classic organic shape – the egg, as well as music-integration (iPod).
LOMME is the abbreviation of ‘Light Over Matter Mind Evolution’. Prior to the development of the egg-bed, a 2 year study into sleeping habits and therapies for the treatment of sleeping problems has been conducted.
This bed is supposed to offer an environment which enhances all the senses – forming a place to rejuvenate, relax, meditate and of course, sleep.
The egg-shaped design gives the sleeper a ‘protected feel’ while asleep. Furthermore, the protective cocoon forming limits external noise to distance you from the outside world. One also benefits from an integrated massage system as well as a light and sound therapy capable of further reducing external noise. The bed features a series of accessories. The most interesting: An invisibly installed iPod-connection.
